He stated that the pandemic has brought widespread fear among the people that will definitely serve up the bargain costs. This opens new doors to investments in Dubai.

On asking where to invest, Sheikh Umar Farooq Zahoor states - it is a good idea to follow the strategy of Warran Buffet, meaning, look for the best properties that have lowered their cost because of the situation. Elaborating further, he mentioned with the best property he means the properties that are located in the prime areas of Dubai. These investments will soon pay off after the market recovers and the pandemic passes us. Along with that, you can also invest in the large open development lands which later will attract the eye of developers and builders.

While discussing the real estate market of Dubai, Umar Farooq Zahoor also mentioned how the strategy of investing in both types of properties - large development lands and the prime location properties where people love to love is a great idea for you in Dubai. On elaborating, he also mentioned how selecting the land or area is just a part of making a real estate investment but looking for the economics of your investment is also crucial.

Here are a few things you should consider while investing in property in Dubai that  Umar Farooq Zahoor mentioned. One of these things to consider is to know whether the property is undervalued or if your investment is going to give you a good return, say rental income.

He said unless you have a huge amount in surplus to invest, you must always consider investing in the properties that can give a good rental return.

Following up the discussion, Umar FarooqZahoor said that the buyers are expected to enjoy the 80% benefit on investment in UAE real estate. As per the expectations of the industry experts, the residential property prices are expected to increase in the coming year of 2022. So, if you are looking to invest in UAE real estate this year, he suggested how residential property is your thing. While discussing this, he also mentioned how there are certain areas in Dubai that have already raised the price of property like the Palm Fronds and Dubai Hills.

In the end, he, a great investor and entrepreneur concluded by saying that it is the right time to make an investment in UAE real estate. So, go ahead invest in properties in UAE and expect a profit of around 80%.
